The ESS Coordinating Committee meets quarterly and other times as necessary. Meeting agendas, packets, audio and summaries can be found on the Accountability & Reporting page.

• Meeting agendas are typically posted 3 to 5 days prior to a scheduled meeting.
• Meeting packets are posted at least 24-hours prior to the meeting.
• Meeting audio is posted within 24-hours following the meeting.
• Meeting summaries are posted upon approval.
