Individual Request to Exceed Daily Limit on Search

Per our Terms of Service, registered individuals in good standing may request permission for specified users to temporarily exceed the document view limit of 10 document images per day. The decision to grant permission for the user shall be made on a case-by-case basis. Such permission may be denied or revoked by a Site Administrator as provided in Section 7.9(2) within the Terms of Service. https://iowalandrecords.org/terms-of-service/ If granted, the duration of the temporary authorization to exceed the daily document view limitation shall not be greater than 10 business days. The maximum number of organization users who may be granted the extended temporary authorization is five users. Please direct any questions to support@clris.com.
